We are currently hiring a part-time PTA to provide in-home therapy visits to adult and geriatric clients in Forsyth County!

Home Health Experience Required for this position

As a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will:

• Help clients regain mobility and independence through tailored therapy sessions
• Work one-on-one with patients in their homes
• Provide treatment, patient education, and therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Track progress, document care plans, and collaborate with a supportive team

• Active PTA license/certification in North Carolina
• Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program OR 2+ years of experience with a passing proficiency exam (if qualified before 1977)
• At least one year of supervised PTA experience
• A passion for patient care and helping others thrive!
